  Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding state and national holidays.

  To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and as quickly as possible, I only ship through reputed courier services.
  
  

• Order Processing Time:
  All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days.

• Most orders within India are delivered within 7-14 working days.

• Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

• Delivery Address:
  Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your details to avoid delivery issues.

PRE-ORDERS FOR CLAY ITEMS

All clay pieces are lovingly handmade by me, so preorders take a little extra time. 
Please allow 10 days for making your item and 3 days for processing before it’s shipped out. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a shipping update!
